Ric Flair catches up to Eric Bischoff backstage and tells him what Hogan’s doing and Bischoff says Hogan needs to know that Flair is a two time Hall of Famer and that he has nothing to worry about.
Hulk Hogan says that a little bird told him that Eric Bischoff has arrived after being conveniently absent earlier and invites him down to the ring. Eric comes to the top of the ramp and says it’s ironic that they wound up at opposite ends of the spectrum after all they’ve been through together. Eric says he never would have thought they’d wind up trying to undermine each other, but it makes sense because there are too many differences between them to name, and the biggest one is that Hogan’s not a leader, he doesn’t have a vision for others to base their lives and careers on. Eric says Hulk is an opportunist while Bischoff is a true leader. Hogan says he’s the leader of blowing hot air and since Eric’s such a great leader instead of Garett and Gunner in the cage how about Eric puts together his finest team & Garett puts together a team of his own and all the business gets taken care of at Lockdown. If Eric’s team wins then Garett will never wrestle in Impact Wrestling again but if Garett wins then Eric is going to hit the road and will never be allowed to use the Bischoff name again. Bischoff says we got a deal so Hogan says that at Lockdown this thing between Eric and Garett ends one way or another.

Winner: Ken Anderson by DQ
Match Rating: * ½ out of 5
Roode says screw Hogan and he can kiss his championship ass and tells Storm he will see him at Lockdown.
Impact was very good this week and better than I thought it would be with Hulk Hogan in charge. The Styles vs. Storm match and Hardy vs. Angle were both very good. The main event was okay but the Knockout Match was good and should be checked out. The bad thing about the Knockout match was that Velvet pinned Mickie for the win even though Mickie was not legal. The opening promo was decent as there was a lot going on. The Eric Bischoff and Hogan promo was okay but there was a lot of Hogan on the show. Not much to say about the tag match except it is nice to see the Guns back and good to see Sabin back. The Austin Aries and Bully Ray promo was good as they could have a nice feud and I like Aries as a face now. The EY bachelor party was nothing special but I expect a good wedding.
Overall Rating for the 4/5/12 Impact: 8 out of 10
